August: This Used To Be My Favourite Month

So here's what I've got:

1) Job I... (calm blue ocean... calm blue ocean...);

2) Not a single call-back from any of the three dozen positions I've applied to;

3) Exam at the end of the month;

4) Cadets starts in three weeks, and I'm still Acting CO; and

5) Parental surgery extravaganza.

I need to work less overtime and learn more patience.
